Although most of this book seemed to be pulled directly from The Mood Cure, the chapter on Pyroluria and the corresponding treatment plan have been changing my life over the past week or so. My panic attacks ended quickly, and it seems as though my anxiety and depression levels are continuing to drop at a rapid pace.

Julia Ross has written about the pyroluria condition as well, but Trudy Scott’s ultra plain-English breakdown stuck a cord with me. Had I not read that chapter, I’d still be panicking or worse – trying to control my health condition with psychotherapy.

I plan on updating this review if my social anxiety goes away. I won’t be able to rate any higher than 5 stars, but at least I’ll be able to say it cured me.
